| - It's pretty. Like, really pretty. My wallet whimpers with fear just walking into the parking area for this place. Bayview Village has changed a lot since I was a kid. It used to be the mall that no one really wanted to go to. The library was nice and we ate at Max's a lot when we started getting allowance, but that was about it. There was nothing there.
Suddenly they had a revamp. Nice restaurants started showing up. O&B moved in. The Loblaws started dominating, and the Chapters added a really nice touch. Nicer stores, fancier grocery options, and suddenly this place is pretty much out of my price range. But every now and then I like to stop by here again and marvel at the changes.
The mall is beautiful. I've never had a parking issue, and it's got all the necessary stops you need for clothes, gifts or groceries. If you don't have time to window shop, you can come here. If you do have time to window shop and have some dollars to spend, then you should definitely come here. It's not your average mall - it oozes sophistication and classiness. I don't know why, but it's so far away from the mall I remember when I was growing up that I can't help but be impressed everytime I step inside.
Bayview Village, you've grown up alright.
