  • Save yourself the $25 for the consult fee. Here's your consult. Whatever laser service you are interested in will be $600. Dr. B rushed into the room and didn't even give more than a few moments to discuss why I was there and what services they offered. All he kept rapidly repeating was two services and one, he'd just throw in for me. It would be $600 and he figured about 3 sessions would do. He directed me to finish my paperwork but at that point I was so taken aback at how little he tried to know about my history and motivation for a laser service. I walked out and proceeded to call from inside my vehicle to request a refund on what they called a consult. The girl said, "let me find out how to do that for you." Puts me on hold and then Dr. B picks up the phone and said, "hello, you have a question about the consult?" Which I felt was a horrible move on the girl to put me back on the line with the individual that I just described how horrible my consult was to. So I again told the doctor that I was told a refund would not be difficult at the initial booking and simply wanted my money back. Honestly, this office might very well be very good at what they do for people's skin, but their initial approach was so off putting and rushed. What was the point of a consult if all you're going to say is, that ALL your services are $600 (each session)? Just save my time and post the prices online instead of making people go through the anxiety filled rushed "consult" with Dr. B!
