| - I'm not really the kind of person to give one star, but I've had a terrible experience with Lynn Buss, and she isn't even my insurance agent!
I asked for quotes for car insurance when I first moved here, and got two calls from her office within 2 hours of one another, with voicemails, and an email. I don't take personal calls at work, so I wrote back that I was still trying to figure out my insurance needs and that I would contact her if/when I was ready. Her staff said they would note in my file that I would contact them if/when I was ready.
Three months later, I have happily chosen another agent and transferred my auto insurance to Arizona, and receive another call, voicemail, and email from Lynn, "Please call Mary at State Farm TODAY." I respond to the email naively, thinking there was some confusion: "why do you need to verify my information, and why isn't my StateFarm agent contacting me directly?"
Her response? "I am your state farm agent.......Mary is one of my licensed team members in our agency." The ellipses were condescending and rude, and her statement was incorrect.
If it weren't for the fact that I had a great Statefarm agent back home, and that so far, my agent here in Arizona has been great, this would have turned me off Statefarm entirely.
