I decided to cancel my cable TV and phone and retain the 300mbps Internet service.
Stopped by on 2018-06-09 to return equipment and make the changes to my service. I was mentally prepared for a sleazy rep to try to talk me out of cancelling or "upsell" me on some overpriced service or device but she didn't. She was super knowledgable, professional, and everything was taken care of without incident.
Recommend getting there at 10am sharp, or preferably a bit earlier. Line begins to form as early as 9:45am.
