  • Remind me never to come to this store again. Bought over 1k in iPhones and accessories. Walked into the store looking to buy 8plus for camera features. The rep Luke misled me to think that I could get the 8 instead of the plus and have the same camera feature that is the portrait mode. I left the store with my phone. He convinced me to go home and do the setup. Had I done it in the store I would've known right away that there is no portrait mode and swapped it out. When I came back the next day after getting a babysitter for my kids another rep basically tells me i have to come back when Luke is here otherwise they will charge me $35 restocking fee for a mistake mind you Their employee made. Everyone had a bad attitude about it. No one is willing to take responsibility and help out. I left disappointed. Came back for the 3rd time and they gave me the same bullshit. I finally said screw it and I'll just pay the restocking fee. Can't keep coming back like this and my 14 day return was running out. Now they find another problem and won't do the return unless I figure out some pin that I can't see locate to erase data from the old phone. They flat out tell me to leave and come back when I got it figured out. No one will help. I came with my 2 yr old no one had any empathy or give me advice or even speak politely to me abt this. I don't know what corporate culture they have but it sucks. Never going to this store again
