  • I had my car serviced at this dealership for the first time a few months back and the price for oil change, tire rotation and 101 point inspection was less than $70.00. At that time it was noted the alignment was out. I had the same dealership align the car a few months later. Two months after the alignment I brought the same car back for the next oil change. The same oil change, tire rotation and 101 point inspection now cost $ 112.00 and it was noted the alignment was out. When I questioned the service adviser why she stated the lower ball joint has gone bad. It has been two months since the last alignment and 2000 miles. Ball joints don't go from good to bad in that kind of time. I asked for an answer and the service advisor just walked away. I then went online to ask for answers from the service manager but I didn't get a response. I'll never go back to this dealership for any reason.
