I went in to get Mom's computer fixed, and the guy at the Geek Squad center shoved a pamphlet at me and told me quite rudely that he wouldn't do anything until I forked over a wad of money. I tried to negotiate with him to get him to just send the bill to my house or something but he was having none of that. We don't have immediate money, but he wanted me to hand him over $100 before he would even get a proper look at it! He said he wanted the money by 3:00 this afternoon. Yeesh! Why would you act that way towards a potential customer? That is how crime bosses in movies act. That is not how tech support should act. Jerk.
