  • I requested an online quote for a leak. Three days later I asked for follow up but was told he couldn't help because his truck was broke. In business, even small business, you do anything to survive even if you simply ask for more time or drive in a different car. I can wait. In any case very disappointed. The prior reviews are deceiving. In all fairness I'm not rating workmanship, simply lack of customer service.
