This store does not know the meaning of customer service. The employee was more interested in getting back to playing on his mobile phone than helping a customer. I have been a Centrylink customer for 8 years and there's constantly issues with the service.
They told me that they don't offer prism TV anymore so they are raising the rates until the customer finally switches. My bill went from $202 to $305 in one month! He did not offer any advice or suggestions for a new Service to stay with Centrylink. So I canceled my service, the customer rep on the phone said I could return the equipment to the store. Today I went back to return their boxes and he hands me a shipping label and says "we don't accept equipment here"
So another wasted trip to this store.
I'm just glad I'm not using them anymore.
Centrylink definitely needs to train their employees to at least act like they care about the customer that spends over $2400 per year with the company!!
