  • I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was possible. They were referred to us by a realtor. They came out to our house not once or twice to do the job, but over 8 times and when I finally fired them, it still was not done and not done correctly. We have loose tile, missing bolts and nails, crooked boards, gaps in cuts. We thought we were just being picky, but when a board clearly is not straight and on a slant, something is wrong. Needless to say, not only we were extremely disappointed but we actually had to hire another company to come out and fix the mess that they caused. Call another company.
