  • I did not expect to be able to write a review for this property but US Airways thought differently as they stranded me in Charlotte. The hotel is very nice - I had a suite with two rooms, big flat screen TVs in both rooms, comfortable couch and bed. I was not there long enough to experience any of the hotel's amenities. They have an airport shuttle running every half hour. If I find myself stuck at CLT again, I'll definitely look to have US Airways book me here again.
