  • After being a member for several months, I can say the service is nice. However I still have issues with the same lady at the front desk. Sometimes I'll forget my card at home and she makes it very complicated for me (giving a bad attitude and giving looks). I don't understand why... I don't appreciate her trying to intimidate me just because I'm young. If I come with my mom she acts really nice, but when I'm by myself she acts as an intimidator. Her name is Ashley.
