  • I was "up a creek without a paddle"! and Dave fixed everything on my laptop. Serious Malware invasion and everything locked. I do business from home and have, unfortunately, little IT knowledge. Over the phone Dave took me very seriously even though I had no real words to technically describe what happening. Brought in my computer and he scrubbed it clean, re-installed and updated everything. Everything is working great and he took time to explain it all Dave was smart, personable and very kind. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Dave!
