  • To be honest I was not the biggest fan of this shop. There were things that could have been prevented. But you know what I admire most about this shop? The manager stepped up when things went south and acknowldege the situation and corrected the issues. Not too many shops will do that. They like to try to make it look like you or your driving is the source of the issue and even try to charge you to correct their faults. The management here is passionate about your experience and satisfaction here. That's what made the difference for me. Just because of the management and their customer service I'm more than willing to continue to use this shop for my auto needs. No one is perfect and things happen, especially with cars, but how we deal with it is all that matters. Loved how you dealt with the issues and appreciate you guys.
