  • Beware! They accept appointments through Zocdoc, and then cancel without any kind of notice! When I arrived there after 40mins of driving, they told me that they had cancelled my appointment (I was speaking to a blonde lady in her late 50s). They told me they had tried to call, however, they DID NOT call at all. They did not cancel my appointment through zocdoc either... this was after the doctor confirmed it was ok to see him through zocdoc! They tried to blame zocdoc for automatically accepting appointments on their behalf. This was a bold faced lie. Zocdoc does not work like this. Other staff were in the room listening in and didn't bother to say anything. I asked to speak to the doctor for 1 minute and she said he didn't have the time. Waste of time and waste of effort. I have reported this business to zocdoc for removal from their services. They are not running a business, they are barely running a children's play pen. Would you trust them with your health!? If a doctor changes his mind on and off and doesn't have 1 minute to see a patient, then they do not care. You really have to question not only their ability but their patient-care. 1 out of 5. Please go elsewhere!
