I had no complaints until they decided to rope off a very huge area for personal training only. This is a area where people could do lunges and other activities that require space. This takes away another stretching area, heavy ropes, a cable machine and a few exercise bikes that were in the area. It was the only free space !
99 percent of the time there is no one working out in the area. The first sign they put up said this area is preferred for trainers, now the new sign says reserved. Which one is it? I herd the LA on Camelback did the same thing and it says preferred. Does that mean we can still use the area if not busy?
This seems to be a slap in the face since they just did this out of the blue and it's a area and machines they took away from us. It changes the dynamic of the gym. Most of the people going there do not need personal training.
The boot camp on the basketball court is also a joke. It's a basketball court, one that is poorly maintained I have to add. The floor needs to be mopped every few days so someone doesn't slip and blow out a knee. Waxed at least once a month.
