| - We have had them out several times. The techs seem confused, and they certainly are on the prices they quote. They work on commission or a quota, and are ,more interested in selling their maintenance packages than actually doing any work. One of the shoddiest companies we have ever dealt with. The service and parts are really overpriced, and once at your home, they have you at their mercy. Gonna wait two more days for another company to come out and give a reasonable quote? Nope, because then you have to pay their trip charge for nothing. What a racket....The office likes to try and dazzle with BS, but still no word on the commissions paid out for selling packages. The charges we tried to 'lower', were nothing of the sort. We simply wanted to pay only what the tech quoted us instead of the amount he decided we owed after he actually did LESS work, but we wouldn't purchase the package. It took two days to contact them, as we went out of town, and assumed a reasonable company would not just dismiss it out of hand saying you paid, so it must be right. What a joke! The only thing funny is the tech who whined at us about quitting because of their practices, but I can't say the name unless he hasn't yet.
