  • My experience with Nissan was nothing short of ridiculous, time-consuming and overall terrible. Alejandra took us for a test drive, and her knowledge of the car was not impressive, my father knew more about the Rogue than she did. We began discussing deals, and the back and forth was pretty typical of a car dealership; however, they came back with one deal and the tax amount had not changed from the previous deal, although the cost of the car overall had decreased. It didn't make sense. DON'T DEAL WITH MIDWAY NISSAN IF YOU BANK/FUND LOAN THROUGH DESERT SCHOOLS. They are not a direct partner, probably because Midway Nissan is shady, and it was a nightmare. It's like they had never worked with Desert Schools before us. I had to sign a back up contract, which I expected, but I swear they were trying to scam us into the high interest rate included in the back up contract. They called me every business day asking if my bank had 'cut the check yet'. When I told them my bank needed the dealership to send the title over to finalize the loan, it took them nearly 2 days to get this sent. Once everything went through, I informed Midway that I would be in the following day to hand them the check. I called the bank, Midway, the bank, back and forth. Midway made us, the customers, do all the leg work. The next day, I received a call from Rita to confirm that I was coming in. It was ridiculous, and so obvious that they do not trust their customers. To boot, my car did not come with car mats. When we went to give them the check, we spoke with Aaron, the head manager/owner, and he was very condescending. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and have never received such flack from a company trying to earn my business. I will not be returning here, even for a tune up. Seek another Nissan dealership...
