We had a choice between Bruxie's or Yardbird for chicken and waffles that I had bookmarked. We ended up just wanting something quick instead of having to sit down so we chose Bruxie's.
We parked in the garage at New York, New York and walked down to where they call "The Park" area. Since we just had something with eggs, we decided to get the original chicken and waffle instead of the breakfast chicken and waffle. We ordered it as a meal with the waffle fries and orange soda.
When the employee brought out the sandwich she also brought out an extra pan for us since we were splitting it and she also had it cut in half to make it easier for us. The sandwich, oh my freaking goodness! It was amazing. The waffle wasn't too thick or too thin and it had the perfect crisp even with the slaw and sauce. It didn't get all soggy. There was a crunch in every bite. The chicken inside again, oh my freaking goodness! So flavorful and so moist. Usually chicken breast can be a little dry but this chicken breast was the best of all breast. How do they get it that moist and juicy?! I want one right now just writing about it. The waffle fries were good but could use a little bit of salt. They were just plain waffle fries but had the perfect crisp to it. The orange soda, it was delicious. It was sugar cane orange soda. I've seen a couple different places have that brand of soda. It was different but very tasty. I would definitely recommend this place. GO NOW! Well, if you're in Vegas. You won't be disappointed, I promise!
