  • First off. Upon entering the hotel we see two police officers come in and "resolve some issues". Next, our room was SO NOISY. Apparently it's next to a SUBWAY STATION. Manager on duty was NO help trying to resolve the issue. Actually, yes, they offered me another room...NEXT TO AN ELEVATOR...so what's the point of re-locating me at 3am to another loud room??? I booked this room last minute, I have a different hotel tomorrow which know will be better. SAVE YOUR MONEY. PAY LESS AND SLEEP ELSEWHERE.
