rev:text	This isn't my favorite place for laser, but they aren't bad at all. I finished my full treatment in July 2017. I have been busy so I hadn't been able to give a review. PROS: -Love the massage chair. -Decor is so appealing and the couches are comffffy. -You can pick if you want (the only) male or a female to do your laser. -Discounted prices....to an extent (do the math and compare prices before you make a hastily decision like me. Hehe) -text reminders -has like a cooling fan to help with the pain of the laser. (They have to increase the laser level each visit) -Michael supppppppper informative!!! (He also teaches others how to laser!) I actually recommend him as your laser technician. Honestly, if it's your first time and you know nothings...he is your guy. Can make you feel a lot better about the entire process. also.. I never felt disrespected by him or anyone at the office... for those who have fear of men doing your treatment. I tried both for the experience. CONS: -Depending on who you choose to do your laser.. it's hit or miss both ways. For instance, I had a male to begin my treatments and while I didn't mind him at all.. I felt my treatments were much longer than they should have but at least he was thorough with trying to laser the hair off. Towards the end.. I switched to a female and she was extremely fast but then I wasn't getting all my areas completely. So like I said... hit or miss. -THIS IS CONTRACT ONLY (major star knock off for me) this was my first laser med spa I have ever been to so I went with it, but then I discovered places that do not have contract but other ways of paying for it. I mean this one is different for everyone. If you don't mind it, I think you would enjoy this place. It just wasn't for me. -They don't tell you when your on your last payment. BETTER BE LIKE ME AND KEEP UP. IVE READ other reviews where people would go into their next visit and it was no longer under the "contract" and either sign up again for another contract or forced to pay full price for one session. On my last contracted appointment...they didn't even bother mentioning it was my last one on the contract (even tho I knew) they just tried to schedule me for another. (which I know I need to go back for a few my visits, so please don't go explaining to me of that) BUT I am not paying another $800 or so dollars for only 4-5 more visits.. -you have to buy some numbing/pain cream for an extra (rough est.) $40. Which BTW expires within the next month.. and like after the second time I went in and used the cream (it didn't really work for me) they suggested it's because it was expired..so I guess they think you should buy pain cream (if u need it) every 3-4 months. (Added cost) -I can never use the massage chair... even when I come in 30 - 45 mins prior to my appointment time......... why have it if nobody can use it......? Like I was coming in early to use it... Overall, my results are actually really nice and It's a hit or miss I guess for people. It's okay! I'd probably come back if some things are changed but what they have apparently works for them and it just wasn't for me! Thank you guys!
