rev:text	This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. This happened twice in a row - I ordered on the mobile app, and they completely ignored my order. They didn't even tag the cup until they saw me standing at the register to complain, 20 minutes after I'd placed the order. They knew exactly what I was waiting for and apologized, but gave no explanation as to why they ignored my order. I pre-paid, did you think I just ordered for fun and wasn't actually going to pick it up? To top it off, the lid wasn't on properly and the cup was overfilled, so the drink spilled in my car. I will drive down to Patrick and Fort Apache next time I want Starbucks!
