I've been going to Goodlife for over 2 years. For the past year I have been consistently going spinning two to four times a week. The spin classes are fairly good. The instructors for the spin classes are very motivating. I like most of the musical selection that they play. The flywheels are on the bikes are a bit gritty so my one criticism is that the bikes should be better maintained.
There are certain time slots where the classes fill up quickly which requires you to show up 30 minutes early in order to sign up. I wish there was a way to call instead of having to show up so early.
I've done a few bodypump classes and a few body flow classes as well they are good.
I find the environment fairly relaxed there and not intimidating.
