  • Quail Plumbing is only getting 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Techs are inadequate, ill prepared and demonstrate poor use of time; same goes for the office staff. I found that they do not take any ownership for their mistakes but instead put the blame back on the homeowner. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and choose another company.
