  • Horrible place! I rented online and went to the place where I rented a trailer. It's right by my house. I walked in and said that I had a 6 by 12 trailer rented. The guy behind the desk said we don't have any trailers you can go to Russell Road. I said don't want to go all the way up there. He said well then you're screwed out of luck! I said do you have a smaller trailer? He almost yelled at me saying I don't have any trailers! When I told him that my email said that I can pick up the trailer where I rented it, which is where I was, he wanted to see my email. Then he said "Go to Russell Road its only 3 miles". I said I go to Russell road all the time and I think it's more than 3 miles. again he yells at me saying it's only 3 miles! I measured it. It was five and a half miles. At least Russell Road took care of me. I will never go back to u Hall on Paseo Verde.
