  • Yes its in NORTH LAS VEGAS and before i moved here i heard it was a bad area, but dont believe the hype.Im a single 20 something female living alone and i feel very happy and safe in this beautiful gates apartment complex. Im extremely happy with my desicion to move to Broadstone Sonata Apartments. I moved to Vegas June 2011 from Lexington Kentucky. I was able to apply for the apartment online and communicating with the office via email , internet and phone from the other side of the country was not a problem. When i moved in it was very clean and the Office associates were very kind and even easier to work with in person. Now that my lease Has ended I resigned to bigger Apartment in the same complex. Im happy with my Apartment and encourage people to move here.
