  • Our realtor uses Vegas Inspect and I am glad he did because Charles was very thorough when he inspected our new home. He details what the problems are and takes photos so you have something to reference. The report was sent to our emails, our realtor and a copy for his record as well so everyone is on the same page. He even gives tips for appliance maintenance to improve their longevity and has how to videos on the web page in case you need a reference, some of it was a lot to write down. Overall, it was a great experience and our seller was willing to fix all the major issues. Thank you!
