  • Dealt with Duane and would never bring anything here again, they are crooks! Brought in my dining room chair that had a leg break off, not even a day went by and said he couldn't find that size leg anywhere and said they glued it on and put new screws in it. When I went to pick it up there was a stain on the leather top that was from them sitting it upside down on someone else's furniture, probably while the glue was drying. He tried to lie to me and say it was on there when it came in, then said it was coming through the white leather, then to admitting he didn't see it on there before. He said they would paint it to cover up the print and when I went to pick it up he charged me $75!! For glue and 2 screws? He said "yes and an hour of labor". Had to pay because he wouldn't give me my chair back if I didn't. The black stain on the white leather is also still visible. He told me a story about another upset customer when I dropped it off that he also screwed over, please save yourself time and stress and keep searching for better services.
