0 stars. Amazingly rude and unhelpful woman on phones. Three calls to try and schedule warranty appt for AC. "Don't call us. we can't/won't talk to you about an appt until papework is printed. And I have 24 hours to do so." Finally calls to schedule...for 4 days from now. Really? is that a reasonable timeframe?
Between rudeness and lack of urgency, had warranty company cancel them.
Dr. Cool will be here in the morning! OH and they found my "paperwork" ONLINE in about 2 mins. Which was 2 mins after the request was rerouted. Total of 5 mins.
