Buyer beware... very expensive store, but terrible service if anything goes wrong.
I had great hopes for this store. It is close to where I live and I really liked the staff. I purchased a $1400 stroller and the buckle broke. The store just told me to contact the manufacturer or buy a new part from themselves. I asked how much the new part would cost and was told $13. I then asked them how to fix the buckle and they realized that it couldn't be fixed.
Seriously, a store like this, which is very expensive needs to offer superlative customer service otherwise what is the point... I may as well go to Costco!
