Please improve on your customer service
I had originally given this cake shoppe a 4-star review for my first visit during Labor Day weekend this year. The gal who helped me that time was friendlier then. She looked like she was still learning the ropes since she was assisted by another person who was working at the back of the bakery... maybe making cakes.
I came back this Thanksgiving weekend because I had a Groupon to redeem before it had expired. I'm not from Las Vegas so naturally I'd like to use it during this trip back to Vegas. I chose their macarons at $2 a piece. That would give me 10 pieces. The lady said I had to pay $4 for tax! Excuse my %#@&! but wtf... $4 for tax when I purchased the deal through Groupon already. She was grumbling about how they no longer accept Groupon deals but she did honor mines after scanning the code. Well, she should. I paid for it online. This same lady was also rude on the phone when I called another time to ask what time they were open till during Thanksgiving holiday that Friday.
While the macarons were incredibly delicious the customer service could use some improvement. One star for you, lady.
