  • 1 star is being FAR too generous. After 10 years in real estate I have worked with my fair share of warranty companies, I tried AHG in an effort to support a local business. AHG is by far the WORST company I've worked with yet. I have been on hold for 28 minutes (as I type) waiting for a simple email confirming that they canceled my policy without any written confirmation or refund of my pro-rate balance. Nothing is covered, they nickel and dime you with fees and BS charges, and their customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced. Total SCAM, don't buy. There are plenty of other warranty companies so do your research, go with a firm who cares about their reputation and has the wherewithal to cover their policies.
