My warranty company referred them to me. When making the appointment I asked for a call 30 minutes before which the girl told yes it was possible. Unfortunately, I never got that call and my guard gate called me saying they were here at 3:44pm. I told them I was on my way. At 3:49pm I received a call from a guy in the office who says the technician was waiting for 10 minutes which was not possible since he was only let in the gate 5 minutes before. I told him I never received the call I asked for and told him I could be there in 10 minutes. He hung up on me and I was thinking I should just call and cancel because he was so rude and unprofessional. I was hoping the tech was nicer and we could just get the freezer taken care of but he was gone when I got home exactly 10 minutes after I told the guy who hung up me.
I have learned a lesson in checking reviews of a company that referred by insurance. I see now all the bad customer service reports. I am going to reach out to the owner and the insurance company because this the worst service for a business!!
