  • Out of 15 apartments that we looked at this one ranked the lowest in our book. Dog poop is scattered all over the property, they don't require shot records so it could be festering illness and disease. Rat traps throughout the property. Poorly lit community so it's really dark at night. "Gated community" but they leave their gates open until the evening. A staff that has no idea what they are doing as a collective. Staff gets changed out a lot and each give excuses for everything like it's never their fault. They make it feel like it's a great community but once you sign your lease you know you messed up. People complaining about the heat that the apartments hold. High electric bills add up Esp outside of the winter season, if you do the math you'll realize you're better off getting more at a better community. Don't believe everything that the staff tells you. We were lied to from the beginning. After confronting them about it they ignored us and still took our money. We felt ripped off by some corporate thieves. Save your money but most importantly, save your time.
