  • Walked in after my pool service and a colleague of my husband's recommended this pool builder and met with a sales person. After spending some time discussing what I would like, Al said he would get back to me by the weekend, if not sooner. Never heard back from him. I called and spoke to someone named Terri explaining my situation and she set me up with another sales person, Ron. Ron texted me to make sure he had the correct property, as it's under construction and after confirmation, said he would get back to me on Monday (a few days later). After almost another week, no word from this company. I can't imagine building a pool with a company that can't follow through on contacting me. They were on the top of my list for pool builders and now they are not on it at all.
