  • I received a gift certificate to this salon for Christmas from my fiancee. I rarely get my hair done, but decided to get it done before a big interview I had (the following Monday 5 days after the appointment) . Alexis did my full highlight and cut. She seemed like she knew what she was doing, but after she finished the foil, (I asked for gwen stefani blonde and medium blonde) she toned my whole head. Got back to the chairto not find a pretty blonde shade, but ORANGE. I cried the whole night. My fiancee wound up calling the next morning to get it fixed, and they blew him off. He called back again, and they said they couldn't do anything untill the following Tuesday( the day after my big interview) I'm so glad that customer service and keeping clients happy is so obviously unimportant to them. The staff is rude, and I will not return after this.
