Thought of renting a car for my upcoming visit, however the lovely Edna G's Yelp reminded me of the convenience of the monorail line.
It is a bit of a hike to Caesars from The Cosmopolitan, but a pleasant trek in November. I'm planning to visit the north end of The Strip and the line is well within reach of my destinations it takes a bit of planning and time management. Edna reminds me a three day pass is a great value.
It's not worth the time and bother to rent a car, having to wait for the valet to retrieve it, with many hotels are now charging for parking, and the Las Vegas Blvd is becoming a long parking lot in it of itself.
I take BART everywhere when at home, so the thought of public transportation is not a daunting phobia.
