  • Whether you are a tenant or property owner, Family Property Management delivers the highest quality service I have ever experienced from a property management company. I found Family Property Management through Yelp after an excruciatingly frustrating and absolutely terrible experience with my former management company- Management One. I called the companies with the highest Yelp reviews and of those I spoke with, Eric's company seemed the most knowledgable, professional, positive, and honest. I called FPM for initial inquiry while still suffering with my old management company and got not just immediate response from Eric, but a listening ear and the questions that made me realize he cared about my concerns and priorities. The day I signed with FPM, Eric (senior property manager) listed my property and got tenants interested within 24 hours. I had multiple families interested and I was able to finally select from a group of qualified tenants. My home was only vacant for less than a few weeks and that was ONLY because I had to cut ties with my previous management company and arrange for repairs and maintenance of my home. Just as a comparison, Management One (our previous management company) had our property vacant for over two months. They made us lower our rental rates to attract tenants and unfortunately the condition of the home suffered because we made a desperate decision to put a tenant in the home who was not as responsible. Family Property Management did a market and property value analysis. Eric gave me data which supported keeping our rental rate in line with market data. He is an amazing advocate and someone that looks out for people. I have seen his correspondence with our tenants and it has been refreshingly reassuring to know that the people we selected are being treated well too. FPM is a company that you can trust because of the leadership, integrity, and absolutely amazing service. Of all the property management companies I have worked with (even outside Nevada)-- Family Property Management has been the best I've encountered.
