  • Yeah, it's pretty apparent they are banking on their proximity to PPG Arena for majority of their business otherwise they would put a little more effort into their business practices. The front desk staff was pleasant and the hotel setup is nice; lobby, bar, pool, etc but there were so many spots in each of our rooms that had obviously not been cleaned or wiped in a long time; one bathroom had multiple toothpaste smears all over the wall and the shower...barf. The charges they made on our card made no sense at all and were about $100 more than they should have been. It was nearly 10 days before it corrected itself which is a good thing because getting anyone to call you back is next to impossible. We also happened to lose 2 items during our stay. Took multiple calls before they called back once then they never responded again. So, if you are attending something at PPG, don't care if your room is dirty, have no problem with all kinds of random charges being made to your account and don't plan to contact the hotel ever again then this is the place for you!
