| - Camden is a very nice property that is very close to the downtown area. The unit I have lived in for a year is pretty - nice hardwood floors, pretty stainless/black appliances, and marble countertops. However, I often feel like I got shafted in this whole transaction. The initial quoted price was much lower than what we ended up paying. There is a monthly cable fee that you are REQUIRED to pay, which is absolutely absurd. It feels like something North Korea would do - force someone to pay for cable television. In the age of streaming, I have no use for cable. However, at Camden, you have no choice. They also require you to pay for a valet trash service, which is also absurd as I walk past the dumpster on my way to the car. The staff in the office are typically pretty rude, except for one younger girl. They recently switched their policy with package delivery. They used to hold deliveries for you and email you that it was ready to be picked up. Now, you have to arrange your own set up. This complex is convenient if you need to be downtown, but other than that it is overpriced.
