The staff here are fantastic despite the abuse they have to put up with from some of the patients that come here. Let's take today's example:
A nurse comes out from the back and asks anyone that has a cough or fever to put on a mask. She then does a demonstration for everyone on how to properly put on the mask. Finally, she looks around the room to make sure everyone has theirs on properly. As the nurse is looking around at everyone one woman decides that the nurse has a personal vendetta out for her.
Lady: "I don't feel well and that doesn't give you the right to patronize me." (the nurse hasn't said anything, only made eye contact)
Nurse: "I'm not patronizing you I am just ensuring the protection of myself and the others in this waiting room from the spread of the flu"
Lady: "Stop patronizing me, there's no need, I'm sick and it is unnecessary."
Nurse: "Again, I'm not picking on you, just making sure everyone is being safe." (she then walks away)
Lady: "Bitch!" (she mumbles)
Aside of the waiting room antics the doctors are very good. They have excellent bedside manner and are straight and to the point. Generally the only prescription they write is a doctor's note to stay home from work, when there isn't a need for anything more serious.
