  • Just spent 4 hours at a Hertz car in a lobby full of raging people waiting for cars (guess it's a busy weekend). The desk clerk, Julian, did the best he could calming down all these impatient people but a couple screamed bloody murder at him defensively, misquoting him, not listening to him, and stuck a camera in his face as though they were recording anything other than Julian trying to diffuse a heated room of people mad at him for reasons beyond his control. If anything was the issue, it's how understaffed, poorly run, and ridiculous this location is. Julian was helpful and kept calm in a stressful situation.
