  • Be careful on bait and switch on pricing. Had Anna come to by house for quote from the flyer she left on my door. I showed her around my place and told her it would be an easy clean for them which she agreed as well. I explained I was mostly concerned with the dirt on my hard wood floors from contractors I had at my house the last month, and a little dusting that needed to be done. I showed her the stove that has never been used, and refrigerator that only holds Gatorade in it and did not need cleaning. I did ask if she can have the girls do the windows inside and out along with hosing down solar screens. Her quote was a 120.00 which I thought would be a great price. The ladies who showed up at my house did do a great job on the cleaning. When they were done, I verified the price before writing out the check. They called Anna the owner and then said it was $250.00 for deep cleaning, (which my house DID NOT need) and that price or a conversation of deep cleaning my home was NEVER mentioned until it was time to pay after they were done. Will never use this company again or refer them to anyone.
