  • So the management team from Bri Tuscan Grill contacted me after my review. The manager listened to what I had to say and was truly concerned that it wasn't the best experience. Which I appreciated. They asked that I try the restaurant again and give them the opportunity to show me their great service and gave me a gift card. I appreciated the call and will definitely give the restaurant another chance.
