  • My experience with t his office has not been a positive one! Initially i had made an s ppt for 2:00. Short ly after I hung up the phone I called back the office to move my appointment back to 4:10 the gal couldn't find my appt I had made 5 minutes earlier, red flag! After looking for my appointment for 5 minutes she tells she found me on ass different date with my name mispelled, second red flag! She tells me that my appointment has been moved back to 4 and to be there no later than 4:10. When I assrrived at the office at 4:00 the gal says to me are youb my 4:00 apt? I reply yes she then proceeds to tell me " I've been trying to reach you we must have a bad phone number for you, (lie) £ just gave them my contact info when I made the appt. She says yeah well I'm real sorry but there are no dentist's here to see you they have s 'll gone home for the day. Let me add t hat the reason I wasb going to t he dentist is because you I am having the worst tooth ache I'be ever had.. she could of cared less cared less .Must be nice to bebso busy you can just turn business away! Don't worry. I won't be back
