Pho So 1 is tucked away in a corner in a long hall-like seating area with entrance/exit doors on each end, giving people access to enter from the storefront on Centre street, or from the back where there is a parking lot. Seat yourself and await your tea. The restaurant interior isn't much to look at, but there is a large fish tank with a gigantic fish inside, which I always like to watch from afar.
I was introduced to this place via a couple of friends who use this place as their go-to place for pho. It is definitely good soup. Really good spring and salad rolls as well. And best of all? Cheap! You can have a filling and satisfying meal here for around $10 easy. It's especially nice on a cold night, when all you want is some spicy hot broth and soft noodles. Really good soup, definitely worth checking out.
