  • I didn't believe the bad reviews of this place and really didn't want them to affect me but I couldn't agree more. I got there for my 12PM appointment and sure enough, they weren't open. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since we had our first snow fall last night. By the time I got in, it was 12:10. I'm looking around and it looks like the snowstorm went through the inside too. Chairs are everywhere, nails and polishes are on seats, etc. Every inch of this place was dirty either with dust or nail dust/nail clipping. It usually takes me a while to choose my nail color and I was pretty indecisive because of the lack of colors left. All the bottles looked nearly empty and I felt rushed by the staff. I wanted a cream nude color and asked for help/suggestions but was told "That's all we have." SHOW ME what options you have for the color I'm thinking...So I was left there to choose colors on my own. She then said, "We have to start because my next client is coming." Well if you weren't late yourself, it wouldn't be a problem...... I could go on with the problems such as lack of friendly customer service, pedi bath being blazing hot for my feet, etc but I won't. I am just shocked at how filthy and unsanitary this place is. Well, that's what you get from a groupon!
