  • The best place to shop for all your home improvement needs, but as always they never improve on the service. For a place that huge, you would hope there would be more help available, as I have to walk down every isle every time to chase down someone to assist, only to find out it is not their department... Luckily, most are friendly enough to find you the right help or at least walk you over to where you need to be. Last time I visited, I asked for help and they called someone on the phone to come and assist. He never showed up, then on my way out, I see him (thanks to their name on their aprons) standing by the counter chatting with someone. All in all, it a haven for home improvement; you can find anything, and most of the time, the employees are very friendly, but you should not have to spend 75% of your time trying to find help, especially that you have to do a lot of walking around. Being on of only two major specialty stores, I guess they do not feel they need to improve on ease of service, but I usually just go to a different location or the competition once I get bad experience from one location more than once....
