  • The staff is always exceptionally nice, and if you are a regular visitor, they remember your name---the degree of customer service is SUPER. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and if you request a lake view, they always accommodate at no extra cost. You also have access to a free shuttle as free wifi; there is also a wonderful Starbucks in the building. The jacuzzi tub and shower are super nice in the suite rooms; in the regular rooms, they might want to re-caulk the tubs on floor 15. While they are not the newest hotel in town, they have done some renovations to the elevators (which now run smoothly, yay!), and the staff is super nice. The price is also budget friendly. It is a downtown location but not noisy like the Hyatt in the Arcade; it is within easy walking distance of all major downtown attractions. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice yet reasonable place to stay in downtown Cleveland.
