rev:text	One thing I can truly say about all Ford dealers I have been to for service is that it takes 5 to 10 time longer than necessary to get an oil change. Bell Ford took over 2 hrs to do a oil change and have two tires swaped and balanced. Outrageous! This is with an apointment scheduled. Also for those of you looking at the ESP (Fords prepay Service Plan) plan if you have any doubt to having to cancel it ever they charge $421 per oil change done against your refund. So keep that in mind. I Lost my job for several months and they refused to work with me so I had to cancel it. Got charged $842 for the 2 oil changes I had during the plan. Extremely expensive Oil
